These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of the mobile game Tank Jam: Pixel Puzzle (the "App"), provided by Akasaka Labs ("we", "us").
1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the App.
2. Coins and In-Game Items
Coins are an in-app payment method usable only within the App. They have no expiration date, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be transferred to other users or services. Purchased coins are non-refundable except where required by law.
Hearts (lives), boosters, and other in-game items are consumable features provided solely within the App. They have no monetary value outside the App and may be adjusted, replaced, or discontinued as part of game balance updates.
3. Purchases
All purchases are processed through Google Play or the Apple App Store and are subject to those platforms' own terms and refund policies. Completed purchases are generally non-cancellable.
4. Advertising and Internet Connection
The App may display advertising, including interstitial and rewarded video ads. Starting a level may require an active internet connection. If you purchase the "No Ads" item, advertising is removed and levels can be played without an internet connection.
Rewarded ads are optional. Choosing not to watch them does not prevent you from playing the App.
5. Prohibited Conduct
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or modifying the App
- Tampering with game data, save data, or network communication
- Using cheats, bots, automation tools, or exploiting bugs
- Any act that interferes with the operation of the App or other users' enjoyment
- Any act that violates applicable laws or these Terms
6. Accounts and Data
If we detect fraud, unauthorized payment, or a violation of these Terms, we may revoke coins or items, or restrict access to the App, without prior notice.
Game progress may be stored on your device. Deleting the App, changing devices, or clearing app data may result in the loss of progress and unused items.
7. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from use of the App, including loss of data caused by device changes, app deletion, or malfunctions.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms. Revisions take effect when posted on this page or within the App. Continued use of the App after a revision constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising in connection with the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over our location as the court of first instance.

利用規約 — Tank Jam: Pixel Puzzle
本規約は、赤坂ラボス（Akasaka Labs）（以下「当方」）が提供するモバイルゲーム Tank Jam: Pixel Puzzle（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。
第1条（同意）
本アプリをダウンロード、インストールまたは利用した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。 同意いただけない場合は、本アプリのご利用をお控えください。
第2条（コインおよびゲーム内アイテム）
コインは本アプリ内でのみ利用できる支払手段であり、有効期限はありません。現金その他の 財産的価値と交換することはできず、他のユーザーやサービスへ移転することもできません。 購入済みのコインは、法令で認められる場合を除き払戻しできません。
ハート（ライフ）、ブースターその他のゲーム内アイテムは、本アプリ内でのみ提供される 消費要素です。本アプリ外での金銭的価値はなく、ゲームバランス調整のため、内容の変更・ 置換・提供終了を行う場合があります。
第3条（購入）
アプリ内課金は Google Play または Apple App Store を通じて決済され、各プラットフォームの 利用規約および払戻ポリシーが適用されます。決済が完了した購入は、原則としてキャンセルできません。 あわせて特定商取引法に基づく表記をご確認ください。
第4条（広告およびインターネット接続）
本アプリでは、インタースティシャル広告およびリワード動画広告等を表示する場合があります。 ステージの開始にはインターネット接続が必要となる場合があります。「広告なし（No Ads）」を ご購入いただいた場合、広告は表示されず、インターネット接続がない状態でもプレイできます。
リワード広告の視聴は任意であり、視聴しない場合でも本アプリのプレイは可能です。
第5条（禁止事項）
- 本アプリのリバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイル、改変
- ゲームデータ、セーブデータ、通信内容の改ざん
- チート、BOT、自動化ツールの使用、不具合の悪用
- 本アプリの運営または他の利用者の利用を妨げる行為
- 法令または本規約に違反する行為
第6条（アカウントおよびデータ）
不正行為、不正な決済、または本規約違反が確認された場合、当方は事前の通知なくコインや アイテムを取り消し、または本アプリの利用を制限することがあります。
ゲームの進行状況は端末内に保存される場合があります。本アプリの削除、機種変更、 アプリデータの消去等により、進行状況や未使用のアイテムが失われる場合があります。
第7条（免責）
本アプリは現状有姿で提供され、当方はその完全性、正確性、有用性等について保証しません。 法令で認められる範囲において、機種変更、アプリの削除、不具合等に起因するデータの消失を含め、 本アプリの利用により生じた損害について当方は責任を負いません。
第8条（規約の変更）
当方は本規約を変更することがあります。変更後の規約は、本ページまたは本アプリ内に 掲示した時点から効力を生じます。変更後も本アプリを継続して利用した場合、変更後の規約に 同意したものとみなします。
第9条（準拠法・管轄）
本規約は日本法に準拠します。本アプリに関して紛争が生じた場合、当方の所在地を管轄する 裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
